Gottes ein und trieb alle hinaus, die im Tempel die Gebäude (s. die Anm. zu Kap. 4,5 ); so auch v 14. 15. 23. verkauften, und kauften, und die Tische der Wechsler und die Sitze der Taubenverkäufer stieß er um. 13 Und er spricht zu ihnen: Es steht geschrieben: "Mein Haus wird ein Bethaus genannt werden"; Jes. 56,7 "ihr aber habt es zu einer Räuberhöhle gemacht". 12 And Jesus entered into the temple of God, and cast out all that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those that sold the doves. 13 And he says to them, It is written, My house shall be called a house of prayer, but ye have made it a den of robbers.
