3 Dann versammelten sich die Hohenpriester und die Ältesten des Volkes in den Hof des Hohenpriesters, der Kajaphas hieß, 4 und ratschlagten miteinander, auf daß sie Jesum mit List griffen und töteten.
3 Then the chief priests and the elders of the people were gathered together to the palace of the high priest who was called Caiaphas, 4 and took counsel together in order that they might seize Jesus by subtlety and kill him;
