3 Und Elimelech, der Mann Noomis, starb: und sie blieb mit ihren beiden Söhnen übrig. 4 Und sie nahmen sich moabitische Weiber: der Name der einen war Orpa, und der Name der anderen Ruth; und sie wohnten daselbst bei zehn Jahren. 5 Da starben auch die beiden, Machlon und Kiljon; und das Weib blieb allein übrig von ihren beiden Söhnen und von ihrem Manne.
3 And Elimelech Naomi’s husband died; and she was left, and her two sons. 4 And they took them Moabitish wives; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the second Ruth: and they abode there about ten years. 5 And Mahlon and Chilion died also, both of them; and the woman was left of her two children and of her husband.
