Examine Yourself
27 Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord irreverently will be guilty of the body of the Lord and of the blood of the Lord. 28 But let a man examine himself, and in this way let him eat from the bread and drink from the cup. 29 For he that eats and drinks irreverently eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
