23 Ĉar malobeo estas kiel peko de sorĉado, kaj neplenumo estas kiel peko de idolservado. Pro tio, ke vi malŝatis la diron de la Eternulo, Li malŝatis vin, ke vi ne estu plu reĝo.

23 for a sin of divination [is] rebellion, and iniquity and teraphim [is] stubbornness; because thou hast rejected the word of Jehovah, He also doth reject thee from [being] king.
