18 For the word of the cross is *ver. 21, 23, 25;ch. 2:14folly to *2 Cor. 2:15;4:3;2 Thess. 2:10those who are perishing, but to us *ch. 15:2;[Acts 2:47] who are being saved it is *Rom. 1:16;[ver. 24]the power of God.
