Jesus the Great High Priest

14 Since then we have *ch. 2:17,18;[ch. 10:21] a great high priest *Eph. 4:10who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, *ch. 10:23let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest *[ch. 5:2;Isa. 53:3] who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been *[See ver. 14above] tempted as we are, *ch. 9:28;1 Pet. 2:22;1 John 3:5;[ch. 7:26;John 8:46;14:30]yet without sin.
