42 Therefore, *Mark 14:34-38;Luke 12:37;21:36;Acts 20:31;1 Thess. 5:6stay awake, for you do not know on what day *John 13:13your Lord is coming.43 *For ver. 43-51, [Luke 12:39-46] But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night *[1 Thess. 5:2;2 Pet. 3:10;Rev. 3:3]the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into.44 Therefore you also must be *ch. 25:10ready, for *ver. 27the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
