63 and said, "Sir, we remember how *[ver. 64;John 7:12] that impostor said, while he was still alive, *ch. 16:21;17:23;20:19;28:6;Mark 8:31;10:34;Luke 9:22;18:33;24:6,7;[ch. 26:61;John 2:19]‘After three days I will rise.’ 64 Therefore order the tomb to be made secure until the third day, *[ch. 28:13]lest his disciples go and steal him away and tell the people, ‘He has risen from the dead,’ and the last fraud will be worse than the first."
