Missionary journey I—Barnabas and Saul→Paul

1 Now in the congregation that was in Antioch there were certain prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon (the one called Niger), Lucius the Cyrenian, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch), and Saul. 2 As they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart to me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them!" 3 Then, having fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them off.st
