Then rising He rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.*The implication is that they should have solved the problem. Again Jesus undoes the consequences, as well as the cause. 27 So the men marveled, saying, "What sort of being is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?"*Well, what were the options? Jesus obviously had supernatural power.
