John 19

26 When Jesus saw his mother, and the disciple he loved standing beside her, he said to his mother, "Mother,*19:26. Literally, "woman," but this does not work in English. this is your son." 27 Then he said to the disciple, "This is your mother." From then on the disciple took her into his home.
