19 He picked up some bread, and after he had given thanks, he broke it into pieces and gave it to them. "This is my body which is given for you; do this in order to remember me," Jesus told them. 20 In the same way after they had finished supper, he picked up the cup and said, "This cup is the new agreement* in my blood which is poured out for you."
