Matthew 19

4 Jesus replied, "Haven’t you read that God who created people in the beginning made them male and female?*19:4. See Genesis 1:27 and Genesis 5:2. 5 He said, ‘This is the reason a man will leave his father and mother, and join with his wife, and the two shall become one.’*19:5. Literally, "one flesh." Quoting Genesis 2:24. 6 Now they’re no longer two, but one. What God has joined together no one should separate."
