3 *Is 53.5-12I passed on to you what I received, which is of the greatest importance: that Christ died for our sins, as written in the Scriptures; 4 *Ps 16.8-10;Mt 12.40;Ac 2.24-32that he was buried and that he was raised to life three days later, as written in the Scriptures; 5 *Lk 24.34;Mt 28.16,17;Mk 16.14;Lk 24.36;Jn 20.19that he appeared to Peter and then to all twelve apostles. 6 Then he appeared to more than five hundred of his followers at once, most of whom are still alive, although some have died.
