1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is the right thing to do.2 "Honor your father and mother." This is a very important commandment with a promise:3 "So that it may go well for you, and that you may have a long life on the earth."4 Fathers, do not make your children angry, but bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
