18 While Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers—Simon, who is called Peter, and his brother Andrew. They were throwing a net into the sea because they were fishermen.19 He said to them,"Follow me, and I will make you fishermen of people!"20 So at once they left their nets and followed him.21 Going on from there he saw two other brothers—James, the son of Zebedee, and his brother John. They were in a boat with their father Zebedee repairing their nets. When he called them,22 they immediately left the boat and their father and followed him.
