A Psalm of David.

1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

6 The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.*103.8 plenteous…: Heb. great in mercy

9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.*103.11 as…: Heb. according to the height of the heaven

12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.*103.16 it is…: Heb. it is not

17 But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;

18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

19 The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.*103.20 that excel…: Heb. mighty in strength

21 Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

22 Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

2 我的心哪！你要称颂耶和华；

不可忘记他的一切恩惠。

3 他赦免你的一切罪孽，

医治你的一切疾病；

4 他救赎你的性命脱离死亡，

以慈爱和怜悯作你的冠冕；

5 他以福乐使你的心愿满足，

以致你好象鹰一般恢复青春的活力。

6 耶和华施行公义，

为所有受欺压的人主持公道。

7 他向摩西指示自己的道路，

向以色列人显明自己的作为。

8 耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，

不轻易发怒，并且有丰盛的慈爱。

9 他不长久责备，

也不永远怀怒。

10 他没有按着我们的罪过待我们，

也没有照着我们的罪孽报应我们。

11 天离地有多高，

他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也有多大。

12 东离西有多远，

他使我们的过犯离我们也有多远。

13 父亲怎样怜恤儿子，

耶和华也照样怜恤敬畏他的人；

14 因为他知道我们的本体，

记得我们不过是尘土。

15 至于世人，他的年日好象草一般；

他又像野地繁茂的花。

16 经风一吹，就归无有；

他原来的地方再不认识他。

17 但从亘古到永远，耶和华的慈爱临到敬畏他的人；

他的公义也归于他们的子子孙孙，

18 就是那些谨守他的约，

记住他的训词，并且遵行的人。

19 耶和华在天上立定宝座，

他的王权统管万有。

20 你们作他天使的，

就是那些大有能力，行他所吩咐，

以及听从他命令的，都要称颂耶和华。

21 你们作他的众军，

作他的仆役，遵行他旨意的，

都要称颂耶和华。

22 你们一切被他所造的，

在他统治的各处，都要称颂耶和华。

我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华。
