2to Timotheus, beloved child: Grace, kindness, peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord!
9who saved us, and called with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, that was given to us in Christ Jesus, before the times of the ages,
10and was made visible now through the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who indeed abolished death, and enlightened life and immortality through the good news,
3And the heads of the Philistines say, "What [are] these Hebrews?" And Achish says to the heads of the Philistines, "Is this not David, servant of Saul king of Israel, who has been with me these days or these years, and I have not found anything in him [wrong] from the day of his falling away until this day?"
8And David says to Achish, "But what have I done? And what have you found in your servant from the day that I have been before you until this day—that I do not go in and have fought against the enemies of my lord the king?"
10and now, rise early in the morning—and the servants of your lord who have come with you. When you have risen early in the morning, and have light, then go."
4Love is long-suffering, it is kind, love does not envy, love does not vaunt itself, is not puffed up,
7it bears all things, it believes all, it hopes all, it endures all.
13and now there remains faith, hope, love—these three; and the greatest of these [is] love.
7Do you speak perverseness for God? And do you speak deceit for Him?
15Behold, He slays me—I do not wait! Only, I argue my ways to His face.
16Also—He [is] to me for salvation, || For the profane do not come before Him.
2for He says, "In an acceptable time I heard you, and in a day of salvation I helped you, behold, now [is] a well-accepted time; behold, now, a day of salvation."
4but in everything recommending ourselves as God’s servants; in much patience, in tribulations, in necessities, in distresses,
6in pureness, in knowledge, in long-suffering, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in unhypocritical love,
15And what fellowship to light with darkness? And what concord to Christ with Belial? Or what part to a believer with an unbeliever?
2Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ!
18what then? In every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed—and I rejoice in this, indeed, and will rejoice.
19… turn out to me for salvation, through your supplication, and …
20according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will be ashamed in nothing, and in all freedom, as always, also Christ will now be magnified in my body, whether through life or through death,
28… them, and to you of salvation, and that from God;
8be healing [those] ailing, raising the dead, cleansing lepers, casting out demons—freely you received, freely give.
10nor leather pouch for the way, nor two coats, nor sandals, nor staff—for the workman is worthy of his nourishment.
41he who is receiving a prophet in the name of a prophet, will receive a prophet’s reward, and he who is receiving a righteous man in the name of a righteous man, will receive a righteous man’s reward,
6but it is great gain—the piety with contentment;
15which He will show in His own times—the blessed and only sovereign, the King of the kings and Lord of the lords,
21which certain [ones] professing—swerved concerning the faith. The grace [is] with you! Amen.
6except at the place which your God YHWH chooses to cause His Name to dwell—there you sacrifice the Passover in the evening, at the going in of the sun, the season of your coming out of Egypt;
13You observe the Celebration of Shelters for yourself [for] seven days, in your ingathering of your threshing-floor and of your wine-vat;
20Righteousness—you pursue righteousness, so that you live and have possessed the land which your God YHWH is giving to you.
2And you have sworn—YHWH lives, || In truth, in judgment, and in righteousness, || And nations have blessed themselves in Him, || And they boast themselves in Him."
10And I say, "Aah! Lord YHWH, || Surely you have entirely forgotten this people and Jerusalem, || Saying, Peace is for you, || And a sword has struck to the soul!"
14Wash evil from your heart, O Jerusalem, || That you may be saved, || Until when do you lodge in your heart || Thoughts of your strength?
8Be sober, vigilant, because your opponent the Devil walks around as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may swallow up,
11to Him [is] the glory and the power through the ages and the ages! Amen.
14Greet one another in a kiss of love. Peace to you all who [are] in Christ Jesus! Amen.
1In that day this song is sung in the land of Judah: "We have a strong city, || He makes salvation [for] walls and bulwark.
2Open the gates, || That a righteous nation may enter, || Preserving steadfastness.
3You keep [him] in peace [whose] imagination [is] stayed—peace! For he is confident in You.
18We have conceived, we have been pained. We have brought forth, as it were, wind, || We do not work salvation in the earth, || Nor do the inhabitants of the world fall.
1TO THE OVERSEER. BY A SERVANT OF YHWH, BY DAVID. The transgression of the wicked || Is affirming within my heart, "Fear of God is not before his eyes,
6Your righteousness [is] as mountains of God, || Your judgments [are] a great deep. You save man and beast, O YHWH.
12Workers of iniquity have fallen there, || They have been overthrown, || And have not been able to arise!
2looking to the Author and Perfecter of the faith—Jesus, who, for the joy set before Him, endured a cross, having despised shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God;
24and to a mediator of a new covenant—Jesus, and to blood of sprinkling, speaking better things than that of Abel!
28for this reason, receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, may we have grace, through which we may serve God well-pleasingly, with reverence and fear,
1And he showed me [the] river of [the] water of life, radiant as crystal, going forth out of the throne of God and of the Lamb
17And the Spirit and the bride say, Come! And he who is hearing—let him say, Come! And he who is thirsting—let him come; and he who is willing—let him take the water of life freely.
21The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [is] with all [[the holy ones. Amen.]]
1My son! If you have been guarantor for your friend, || Have struck your hand for a stranger,
3Do this now, my son, and be delivered, || For you have come into the hand of your friend. Go, trample on yourself, and strengthen your friend,
24To preserve you from an evil woman, || From the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman.
11I say then, did they stumble that they might fall? Let it not be! But by their fall the salvation [is] to the nations, to arouse them to jealousy;
15for if the casting away of them [is] a reconciliation of the world, what the reception—if not life out of the dead?
22Behold, then, goodness and severity of God—on those indeed who fell, severity; and on you, goodness, if you may remain in the goodness, otherwise, you also will be cut off.
10because of this I endure all things, because of the chosen ones, that they also may obtain salvation that [is] in Christ Jesus, with perpetual glory.
11The word [is] steadfast: For if we died together—we will also live together;
15be diligent to present yourself approved to God—a workman not ashamed, straightly cutting the word of truth;
21if, then, anyone may cleanse himself from these, he will be a vessel to honor, sanctified and profitable to the master—having been prepared to every good work;
2"Is the striver with the Mighty instructed? The reprover of God, let him answer it."
12See every proud one—humble him, || And tread down the wicked in their place.
14… For your right hand gives salvation to you.
23Behold, a flood oppresses—he does not hurry, || He is confident though Jordan || Comes forth to his mouth.
11We make a noise as bears—all of us, || And we coo severely as doves; We wait for judgment, and there is none, || For salvation—it has been far from us.
15And the truth is lacking, || And whoever is turning aside from evil, || Is making himself a spoil. And YHWH sees, and it is evil in His eyes, || That there is no judgment.
16And He sees that there is no man, || And is astonished that there is no intercessor, || And His own arm gives salvation to Him, || And His righteousness—it sustained Him.
17… || And a helmet of salvation on His head, || And …
