5By faith Enoch was translated—not to see death, and was not found, because God translated him; for before his translation he had been testified to—that he had pleased God well,

5For who has pity on you, O Jerusalem? And who bemoans for you? And who turns aside to ask of your welfare?
13I give your strength and your treasures for a prey—not for price, || Even for all your sins, and in all your borders.
5I cause You to know my sin, || And I have not covered my iniquity. I have said, "I confess to YHWH concerning My transgressions," || And You have taken away the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
7You [are] a hiding place for me, || You keep me from distress, || Surround me [with] songs of deliverance. Selah.
11Be glad in YHWH, and rejoice, you righteous, || And sing, all you upright of heart!
3And it has come to pass, || In the day of YHWH’s giving rest to you, || From your grief, and from your trouble, || And from the sharp bondage, || That has been served on you,
12How you have fallen from the heavens, || O shining one, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to earth, || O weakener of nations.
32And what does one answer the messengers of a nation? That YHWH has founded Zion, || And the poor of His people take refuge in it!
6Flee from the midst of Babylon, || And let each deliver his soul, || Do not be cut off in her iniquity, || For it [is] a time of vengeance for YHWH—His, || He is rendering repayment to her.
8Babylon has suddenly fallen, || Indeed, she is broken, howl for her, || Take balm for her pain, perhaps she may be healed.
56For a spoiler has come in against her—against Babylon, || And her mighty ones have been captured, || Their bows have been broken, || For the God of recompenses—YHWH—certainly repays.
1TO THE OVERSEER. ON THE EIGHTH. A PSALM OF DAVID. Save, YHWH, for the saintly has failed, || For the steadfast have ceased || From the sons of men:
3YHWH cuts off all lips of flattery, || A tongue speaking great things,
6Sayings of YHWH [are] pure sayings—Silver tried in a furnace of earth, refined sevenfold.
3You keep [him] in peace [whose] imagination [is] stayed—peace! For he is confident in You.
4Trust in YHWH forever, || For in YAH—YHWH [is] a rock of ages,
18We have conceived, we have been pained. We have brought forth, as it were, wind, || We do not work salvation in the earth, || Nor do the inhabitants of the world fall.
1TO THE OVERSEER. A PSALM OF DAVID. YHWH answers you, || In a day of adversity, || The Name of the God of Jacob sets you on high,
5We sing of Your salvation, || And in the Name of our God set up a banner. YHWH fulfills all your requests.
6Now I have known || That YHWH has saved His anointed, || He answers him from His holy heavens, || With the saving might of His right hand.

4Turn back, O YHWH, draw out my soul, || Save me for Your kindness’ sake.

6They assemble, they hide, they watch my heels, || When they have expected my soul.
13For You have delivered my soul from death, || Do You not [keep] my feet from falling? To habitually walk before God in the light of the living!

3There He has shattered arrows of a bow, || Shield, and sword, and battle. Selah.
9In the rising of God to judgment, || To save all the humble of earth. Selah.
1Bless, O my soul, YHWH! YHWH, my God, || You have been very great, || You have put on splendor and majesty.
15And wine—it makes the heart of man glad, || To cause the face to shine from oil, || And bread—it supports the heart of man.
35Sinners are consumed from the earth, || And the wicked are no more. Bless, O my soul, YHWH. Praise YAH!

13Favor me, O YHWH, || See my affliction by those hating me, || You who lift me up from the gates of death,
14So that I recount all Your praise, || In the gates of the daughter of Zion. I rejoice on Your salvation.
8And He saves them for His Name’s sake, || To make His might known,
47Save us, O our God YHWH, and gather us from the nations, || To give thanks to Your Holy Name, || To glory in Your praise.
48Blessed [is] YHWH, God of Israel, || From age until age. And all the people said, "Amen, praise YAH!"
5By You we push our adversaries, || By Your Name we tread down our withstanders,
8In God we have boasted all the day, || And we thank Your Name for all time. Selah.
26Arise, a help to us, || And ransom us for your kindness’ sake.
1TO THE OVERSEER. "DO NOT DESTROY." A MIKTAM OF DAVID, IN HIS FLEEING FROM THE FACE OF SAUL INTO A CAVE. Favor me, O God, favor me, || For my soul is trusting in You, || And I trust in the shadow of Your wings, || Until the calamities pass over.
3He sends from the heavens, and saves me, || He reproached [the one] who is panting after me. Selah. God sends forth His kindness and His truth.
11Be exalted above the heavens, O God. Your glory above all the earth!
4These I remember, and pour out my soul in me, || For I pass over into the shelter, || I go softly with them to the house of God, || With the voice of singing and confession, || The multitude keeping celebration!
5Why bow yourself, O my soul? Indeed, are you troubled within me? Wait for God, for I still confess Him: The salvation of my countenance—my God!

1BY DAVID. YHWH [is] my light and my salvation, || Whom do I fear? YHWH [is] the strength of my life, || Of whom am I afraid?
9Do not hide Your face from me, || Do not turn Your servant aside in anger, || You have been my help. Do not leave me, nor forsake me, || O God of my salvation.
14Look to YHWH—be strong, || And He strengthens your heart, || Indeed, look to YHWH!
1Praise YAH! Praise the Name of YHWH, || Praise, you servants of YHWH,
3Praise YAH! For YHWH [is] good, || Sing praise to His Name, for [it is] pleasant.
21Blessed [is] YHWH from Zion, || Inhabiting Jerusalem—praise YAH!
2Many are saying of my soul, "There is no salvation for him in God." Selah.
7Rise, O YHWH! Save me, my God! For You have struck all my enemies [on] the cheek. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.
8This salvation [is] of YHWH; Your blessing [is] on Your people! Selah.
