4Because of the day that has come to spoil all the Philistines, || To cut off every helping remnant from Tyre and from Sidon. For YHWH is spoiling the Philistines, || The remnant of the island of Caphtor.

1Thus said YHWH: "Keep judgment, and do righteousness, || For My salvation [is] near to come, || And My righteousness to be revealed."
2O the blessedness of a man who does this, || And of a son of man who keeps hold on it, || Keeping the Sabbath from defiling it, || And keeping his hand from doing any evil.
6And sons of the stranger, who are joined to YHWH, || To serve Him, and to love the Name of YHWH, || To be for servants to Him, || All keeping from defiling the Sabbath, || And those keeping hold on My covenant,
8A declaration of Lord YHWH, || Who is gathering the outcasts of Israel: "Again I gather to him—to his gathered ones."
1TO THE OVERSEER. "ON A DISEASE." AN INSTRUCTION OF DAVID. A fool said in his heart, "There is no God." They have done corruptly, || Indeed, they have done abominable iniquity, || There is none doing good.
5There they feared a fear—there was no fear, || For God has scattered the bones of him || Who is encamping against you, || You have put to shame, || For God has despised them.
6Who gives the salvation of Israel from Zion? When God turns back [to] a captivity of His people, || Jacob rejoices—Israel is glad!
6They are pouring out gold from a bag, || And they weigh silver on the beam, || They hire a refiner, and he makes it a god, || They fall down, indeed, they bow themselves.
9Remember former things of old, || For I [am] Mighty, and there is none else, || God—and there is none like Me.
13I have brought My righteousness near, || It is not far off, || And My salvation—it does not linger, || And I have given salvation in Zion, || For Israel My glory!"
1TO THE OVERSEER. ON THE EIGHTH. A PSALM OF DAVID. Save, YHWH, for the saintly has failed, || For the steadfast have ceased || From the sons of men:
5Because of the spoiling of the poor, || Because of the groaning of the needy, || Now I arise, says YHWH, || I set in safety [him who] breathes for it.
6Sayings of YHWH [are] pure sayings—Silver tried in a furnace of earth, refined sevenfold.
2The people who are walking in darkness || Have seen a great light, || Dwellers in a land of death-shade, || Light has shone on them.
6For a Child has been born to us, || A Son has been given to us, || And the dominion is on His shoulder, || And He calls His Name || Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, || Father of Eternity, Prince of Peace.
14And YHWH cuts off head and tail from Israel, || Branch and reed—the same day.
3For they did not possess the land by their sword, || And their arm did not give salvation to them, || But Your right hand, and Your arm, || And the light of Your countenance, || Because You had accepted them.
5By You we push our adversaries, || By Your Name we tread down our withstanders,
8In God we have boasted all the day, || And we thank Your Name for all time. Selah.
26Arise, a help to us, || And ransom us for your kindness’ sake.
2Shake yourself from dust, arise, sit, O Jerusalem, || Bands of your neck have loosed themselves, || O captive daughter of Zion.
7How lovely on the mountains, || Have been the feet of one proclaiming tidings, || Sounding peace, proclaiming good tidings, || Sounding salvation, || Saying to Zion, "Your God has reigned."
10YHWH has made His holy arm bare || Before the eyes of all the nations, || And all the ends of the earth have seen || The salvation of our God.

3There He has shattered arrows of a bow, || Shield, and sword, and battle. Selah.

1Bless, O my soul, YHWH! YHWH, my God, || You have been very great, || You have put on splendor and majesty.
15And wine—it makes the heart of man glad, || To cause the face to shine from oil, || And bread—it supports the heart of man.
35Sinners are consumed from the earth, || And the wicked are no more. Bless, O my soul, YHWH. Praise YAH!
4When by day and by night Your hand is heavy on me, || My moisture has been changed || Into the droughts of summer. Selah.
7You [are] a hiding place for me, || You keep me from distress, || Surround me [with] songs of deliverance. Selah.
11Be glad in YHWH, and rejoice, you righteous, || And sing, all you upright of heart!

7YHWH preserves you from all evil, || He preserves your soul.
8YHWH preserves your going out and your coming in, || From now on—even for all time!

8And precious [is] the redemption of their soul, || And it has ceased for all time.
15Only, God ransoms my soul from the hand of Sheol, || For He receives me. Selah.
1BY DAVID. YHWH [is] my light and my salvation, || Whom do I fear? YHWH [is] the strength of my life, || Of whom am I afraid?
9Do not hide Your face from me, || Do not turn Your servant aside in anger, || You have been my help. Do not leave me, nor forsake me, || O God of my salvation.
14Look to YHWH—be strong, || And He strengthens your heart, || Indeed, look to YHWH!
