8 Denn aus Gnaden seid ihr selig worden durch den Glauben, und dasselbige nicht aus euch, Gottes Gabe ist es;

9 nicht aus den Werken, auf daß sich nicht jemand rühme.

8 for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not of works, that no man should glory.
