3 Et que leur ornement ne soit point celui de dehors, qui consiste dans la frisure des cheveux, dans une parure d'or, et dans la magnificence des habits;

4 Mais que leur ornement consiste dans l'homme caché dans le cœur, [c'est-à-dire] dans l'incorruptibilité d'un esprit doux et paisible, qui est d'un grand prix devant Dieu;

3 Whose adorning let it not be the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on apparel; 4 but let it be the hidden man of the heart, in the incorruptible apparel of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
