18 Da trat Jesus herzu und redete sie mit den Worten an: »Mir ist alle Gewalt im Himmel und auf Erden verliehen.

19 Darum gehet hin und macht alle Völker zu (meinen) Jüngern (oder: zu Schülern): tauft sie auf den Namen des Vaters, des Sohnes und des heiligen Geistes

20 und lehrt sie alles halten, was ich euch geboten ( aufgetragen) habe. Und wisset wohl: Ich bin bei euch alle Tage bis ans Ende der Weltzeit!«

18 And approaching the Jesus, spoke to them, saying: Has been given to me all authority in heaven and on earth.

19 Going forth disciple you all the nations, immersing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit;

20 teaching them to observe all, whatever I have charged you. And lo, I with you am all the days, till the end of the age.
