Pressing Toward the Goal

12 Not that I have already *1 Cor. 9:24; (1 Tim. 6:12, 19)attained, or am already *Heb. 12:23perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. 13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing Ido,*Luke 9:62forgetting those things which are behind and *Heb. 6:1reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 *2 Tim. 4:7I press toward the goal for the prize of *Heb. 3:1the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

15 Therefore let us, as many as are *Matt. 5:48; 1 Cor. 2:6mature, *Gal. 5:10have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, *Hos. 6:3; James 1:5God will reveal even this to you.
