The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age

3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, *Mark 13:3the disciples came to Him privately, saying, *(Matt. 24:27, 37, 39; Luke 17:20–37; 1 Thess. 5:1–3)"Tell us, when will these things be? And what willbe the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?"

4 And Jesus answered and said to them: *Eph. 5:6; (Col. 2:8, 18; 2 Thess. 2:3; 1 John 4:1–3)"Take heed that no one deceives you.5 For *Jer. 14:14; John 5:43; Acts 5:36; (1 John 2:18; 4:3)many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ *Matt. 24:11and will deceive many.6 And you will hear of *(Rev. 6:2–4)wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for allthese things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
