Safety of Abiding in the Presence of God

1 He *Ps. 27:5; 31:20; 32:7who dwells in the secret place of the Most High

Shall abide *Ps. 17:8; Is. 25:4; 32:2under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 *Ps. 142:5I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress;

My God, in Him I will trust."

3 Surely *Ps. 124:7; Prov. 6:5He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler

And from the perilous pestilence.

4 *Ps. 17:8He shall cover you with His feathers,

And under His wings you shall take refuge;

His truth shallbeyour shield and buckler.
