And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] sat to judge the people: and the people stood by Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] from the morning unto the evening.
And when Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters]’ father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What [is] this thing that youi do to the people? why sit youi yourself alone, and all the people stand by youi from morning unto even?
And Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters]’ father in law said unto him, The thing that youi do [is] not good.
youi will surely wear away, both youi, and this people that [is] with youi: for this thing [is] too heavy for youi; youi are not able to perform it yourself alone.
So Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] listened to the voice of his father in law, and did all that he had said.
