Êxodo 18

17 And Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters]’ father in law said unto him, The thing that youi do [is] not good.

18 youi will surely wear away, both youi, and this people that [is] with youi: for this thing [is] too heavy for youi; youi are not able to perform it yourself alone.

19 Listen now unto my voice, I will give youi counsel, and God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] shall be with youi: Be youi for the people to God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] -ward (in custody, with a guard; prison), that youi may bring the causes unto God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]:

20 And youi shall teach them ordinances and laws, and shall show them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.

21 Moreover youi shall provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], men of truth, hating covetousness; and place [such] over them, [to be] rulers of thousands, [and] rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

22 And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, [that] every great matter they shall bring unto youi, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for yourself, and they shall bear [the burden] with youi.

23 If youi shall do this thing, and God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] command youi [so], then youi shall be able to endure, and all this people shall also go to their place in peace.
