12 E todo o povo de Judá trouxe os dízimos do trigo, do vinho novo e do azeite aos depósitos.

13 Coloquei o sacerdote Selemias, o escriba Zadoque e um levita chamado Pedaías como encarregados dos depósitos e fiz de Hanã, filho de Zacur, neto de Matanias, assistente deles, porque esses homens eram de confiança, e ficaram responsáveis pela distribuição de suprimentos aos seus colegas.

14 Lembra-te de mim por isso, meu Deus, e não te esqueças do que fiz com tanta fidelidade pelo templo de meu Deus e pelo seu culto.

12 Then brought all Judah the tithe of the corn and the new wine and the oil unto the treasuries. 13 And I made treasurers over the treasuries, Shelemiah the priest, and Zadok the scribe, and of the Levites, Pedaiah: and next to them was Hanan the son of Zaccur, the son of Mattaniah: for they were counted faithful, and their office was to distribute unto their brethren. 14 Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God, and for the offices thereof.
