2 Alimentem o rebanho de Deus que está a vosso cargo; cuidem dele de boa vontade, não contrariados; não pelo que podem vir a ganhar com isso mas por zelo em servir o Senhor.,

3 Não dominem aqueles que vos foram confiados, mas conduzam-nos pelo vosso bom exemplo.

4 E quando o supremo Pastor vier, ele vos recompensará com uma participação perpétua na sua glória.

5 Vocês, mais novos, aceitem a autoridade dos pastores. E todos sujeitem-se uns aos outros, com humildade, porque Deus abençoa os que são simples, mas opõe-se aos orgulhosos.

2 Shepherd the flock of God which is among you{}, exercising the oversight, not of constraint, but willingly, according to God; nor yet for greed of monetary gain, but eagerly;

3 neither as lording it over the charge allotted to you{}, but making yourselves examples to the flock.

4 And when the chief Shepherd will be manifested, you{} will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.

5 Likewise, you{} younger, be subject to the elder. Yes, all of you{} gird yourselves with humility, to serve one another: for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.
