24 When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: but, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.


8 And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.


4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.


4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. the beauty: or, the delight

5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.


6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.


16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, who hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,


11 To set on high those that are low; that those who mourn may be exalted to safety.


1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; to be…: Heb. to bear

4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; get: or, seek

7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.


22 Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you.


4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.


17 Show me a sign for good; that they who hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast helped me, and comforted me.


76 Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word to thy servant. for…: Heb. to comfort me


9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee wherever thou goest.
