13 Aber der Engel sprach zu ihm: Fürchte dich nicht, Zacharias! Denn dein Gebet ist erhört worden, und dein Weib Elisabeth wird dir einen Sohn gebären, und du sollst ihm den Namen Johannes geben.

14 Und er wird dir Freude und Frohlocken bereiten, und viele werden sich über seine Geburt freuen.

14 and there shall be joy to thee, and gladness, and many at his birth shall joy,
