26 In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, 27 to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. 28 The angel came to her and said, "Greetings, O favored one, the Lord is with yoʋ! 1:28 Blessed are yoʋ among women! ¦ --- CTBlessed are yoʋ among women!"
