24 Then Jesus rose from there and went away to the region of Tyre 7:24 and Sidon ¦ --- ECM† NA SBLand Sidon. He went into 7:24 a ¦ the TRa house and did not want anyone to know it, yet he could not escape notice. 25 7:25 For a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit ¦ Instead, a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit immediately CTFor a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit heard about him and came and fell at his feet. 26 (This woman was a Greek, a Syrophoenician by birth.) She asked Jesus to cast the demon out of her daughter. 27 But Jesus said to her, "Let the children first be filled, for it is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs." 28 She answered him, "7:28 Yes, ¦ --- ECM NA SBLYes, Lord, 7:28 yet ¦ --- ANT CTyet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs." 29 Then he said to her, "Because of this reply, yoʋ may go; the demon has come out of yoʋr daughter." 30 And when she went to her house, she found 7:30 the demon gone and her daughter lying in bed ¦ the child lying in bed and the demon gone ANT CTthe demon gone and her daughter lying in bed.
