YESHAYAH 52

7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of the Mevaser (bringer of Good Tidings, the Evangelist),

that publisheth shalom; that bringeth good tidings of tov,

that publisheth Yeshu’ah (Salvation);

that saith unto Tziyon: Thy G-d reigneth!
