14 How therefore shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without someone doing the hatafah (preaching)? 15 And how shall they do the hatafah (preaching) unless they have been sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach Besuras HaGeulah" (Isa 52:7). 16 But not all have mishma’at (obedience) to the Besuras HaGeulah. For Yeshayah says: MI HE’EMIN LISHMU’ATEINU*10:16 Isa 53:1 (Who has believed that which is heard, our report)?*10:16 cf. Dt 9:4 17 So, then, emunah comes from hearing, and hearing comes through the Dvar HaMoshiach.
