11 Und Samuel sprach zu Isai: Sind das die Knaben alle? Und er sprach: Es ist noch übrig der jüngste, und siehe! der weidet die Schafe. Und Samuel sprach zu Isai: Schicke hin, und laß ihn holen; denn wir werden uns nicht legen, bis er hieher gekommen ist.

13 Da nahm Samuel das Oelhorn, und salbete ihn unter seinen Brüdern. Da kam der Geist Jehova's über David von diesem Tage an, und weiterhin. Und Samuel stand auf, und ging nach Rama.

11 And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he is keeping the sheep. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.
