1 Woher kommen die Kriege und Zänkereien unter euch? Woher anders, als von euren Begierden, die Kämpfe erregen in euren Gliedern?

2 Ihr begehret und erhaltet nichts. Ihr mordet und neidet, und ihr könnet doch nichts erreichen; ihr kämpfet und streitet, und habet nichts davon, weil ihr nicht bittet.
