15In the light of a king’s face [is] life, And his good-will [is] as a cloud of the latter rain.

4when the Christ — our life — may be manifested, then also we with him shall be manifested in glory.
11where there is not Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, foreigner, Scythian, servant, freeman — but the all and in all — Christ.
24having known that from the Lord ye shall receive the recompense of the inheritance — for the Lord Christ ye serve;
2‘Rise, go unto Nineveh, the great city, and proclaim unto it the proclamation that I am speaking unto thee;’
3and Jonah riseth, and he goeth unto Nineveh, according to the word of Jehovah. And Nineveh hath been a great city before God, a journey of three days.
9Who knoweth? He doth turn back, and God hath repented, and hath turned back from the heat of His anger, and we do not perish.’
12Life and kindness Thou hast done with me. And Thy inspection hath preserved my spirit.
18And why from the womb Hast Thou brought me forth? I expire, and the eye doth not see me.
20Are not my days few? Cease then, and put from me, And I brighten up a little,
2O Jehovah, favour us, for thee we have waited, Be their arm, in the mornings, Yea, our salvation in time of adversity.
6And hath been the stedfastness of thy times, The strength of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge, Fear of Jehovah — it [is] His treasure.
22For Jehovah our judge, Jehovah our lawgiver, Jehovah our king — He doth save us.
24Nor doth an inhabitant say, ‘I was sick,’ The people that is dwelling in it, is forgiven of iniquity!
8‘And now, as a small moment hath grace been from Jehovah our God, to leave to us an escape, and to give to us a nail in His holy place, by our God’s enlightening our eyes, and by giving us a little quickening in our servitude;
13‘And after all that hath come upon us for our evil works, and for our great guilt (for Thou, O our God, hast kept back of the rod from our iniquities, and hast given to us an escape like this),
15‘O Jehovah, God of Israel, righteous [art] Thou, for we have been left an escape, as [it is] this day; lo, we [are] before Thee in our guilt, for there is none to stand before Thee concerning this.’

24the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen.

6but it is great gain — the piety with contentment;
8but having food and raiment — with these we shall suffice ourselves;
21which certain professing — concerning the faith did swerve; the grace [is] with you. Amen.
8Be sober, vigilant, because your opponent the devil, as a roaring lion, doth walk about, seeking whom he may swallow up,
11to Him [is] the glory, and the power — to the ages and the ages! Amen.
14Salute ye one another in a kiss of love; peace to you all who [are] in Christ Jesus! Amen.
9In this was manifested the love of God in us, because His Son — the only begotten — hath God sent to the world, that we may live through him;
14And we — we have seen and do testify, that the Father hath sent the Son — Saviour of the world;
16and we — we have known and believed the love, that God hath in us; God is love, and he who is remaining in the love, in God he doth remain, and God in him.
22saying — ‘It behoveth the Son of Man to suffer many things, and to be rejected by the elders, and chief priests, and scribes, and to be killed, and the third day to be raised.’
44‘Lay ye to your ears these words, for the Son of Man is about to be delivered up to the hands of men.’
56for the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save;’ and they went on to another village.
