In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we have contemplated his glory, a glory as of an only-begotten with a father), full of grace and truth;(John 1:1,14)

For the word of God is living and operative, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and penetrating to the division of soul and spirit, both of joints and marrow, and a discerner of the thoughts and intents of theheart.(Hebrews 4:12)

It is the Spirit which quickens, the flesh profits nothing: the words which I have spoken unto you are spirit and are life.(John 6:63)

The entrance of thy words giveth light, giving understanding unto the simple.(Psalms 119:130)

Ye are already clean by reason of the word which I have spoken to you.(John 15:3)

But he answering said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word which goes out through God’s mouth.(Matthew 4:4)

as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,(1 Peter 2:2)

Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.(Psalms 119:11)

The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall in no wise pass away.(Matthew 24:35)

Strive diligently to present thyself approved to God, a workman that has not to be ashamed, cutting in a straight line the word of truth.(2 Timothy 2:15)
