In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.(John 1:1,14)
For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, even penetrating as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.(Hebrews 4:12)
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh provides no benefit; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit, and are life.(John 6:63)
The unfolding of Your words gives light;
It gives understanding to the simple.(Psalm 119:130)
You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.(John 15:3)
But He answered and said, "It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God.’ "(Matthew 4:4)
and like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,(1 Peter 2:2)
I have treasured Your word in my heart,
So that I may not sin against You.(Psalm 119:11)
Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.(Matthew 24:35)
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.(2 Timothy 2:15)
