1 The *preparations of the heart belong to man,

*But the answer of the tongue is from the Lord.

4 The *Lord has made all for Himself,

*Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom.

19 "God*is not a man, that He should lie,

Nor a son of man, that He should repent.

Has He *said, and will He not do?

Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

23 And the Lord said to Moses, *"Has the Lord’s arm been shortened? Now you shall see whether *what I say will happen to you or not."

It shall not return to Me void,

But it shall accomplish what I please,
