Gratidão no meio da rotina
A gratidão não começa quando tudo dá certo, mas quando você percebe o cuidado de Deus sustentando a sua vida no meio do cansaço.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God-The Father in Moshiach [Messiah] Yeshua [God is Salvation] concerning you.(1 Thessalonians 5:18)
Tira o peso de ter que achar tudo perfeito e lembra que a sua segurança está em Deus, não no rumo dos acontecimentos.
And let the peace of God-The Father rule in your hearts, to the which also you2f are called in one body; and be you2f thankful.(Colossians 3:15)
Coloca a paz como ponto de partida antes que a pressa ou as cobranças tomem conta das suas decisões.
O give thanks unto the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], for [he is] good: for his mercy [endures] forever.(Tehillim - Psalms 107:1)
Lembra que a bondade do Senhor não oscila, mesmo quando as circunstâncias ao seu redor mudam de repente.
Trocar a ansiedade pelo agradecimento
Quando o peito aperta e as contas ou preocupações tiram o sono, colocar o obrigado antes do pedido muda o ambiente da oração.
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God-The Father.(Philippians 4:6)
Desarma o desespero ao fazer você lembrar do que Deus já sustentou até aqui, antes mesmo de pedir o próximo socorro.
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, [and] bless his name.(Tehillim - Psalms 100:4)
Mostra que você pode entrar na presença de Deus com simplicidade e alívio, sem precisar de rituais complicados.
Reconhecer o bem que você recebeu
Na pressa dos dias, a gente se acostuma a cobrar e esquece de notar quem nos faz bem.
I thank my God-The Father upon every remembrance of you,(Philippians 1:3)
Transforma a memória de quem você ama em oração de carinho, fortalecendo os laços sem deixar a frieza tomar espaço.
And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:
And they lifted up [their] voices, and said, Yeshua [God is Salvation], Master, have mercy on us.
And when he saw [them], he said unto them, Go show yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.
And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God-Theos,
And fell down on [his] face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Shomroni [watch-mountain].
And Yeshua [God is Salvation] answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where [are] the nine?
There are not found that returned to give glory to God-Theos, save this stranger.
And he said unto him, Arise, go youri way: youri faith has made youi whole.(Luke 17:12-19)
