Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you;(Genesis 1:29)

Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I have given everything to you, as I gave the green plant. But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.(Genesis 9:3,4)

For He has satisfied the thirsty soul,

And He has filled the hungry soul with what is good.(Psalm 107:9)

And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and, looking up to heaven, He blessed them and broke them, and gave them to the disciples again and again, to serve the crowd. And they all ate and were satisfied; and the broken pieces which they had left over were picked up, twelve baskets full.(Luke 9:16,17)

"For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing?(Matthew 6:25)

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you.(Matthew 6:33)

Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness;(2 Corinthians 9:10)

Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and put Me to the test now in this," says the Lord of armies, "if I do not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.(Malachi 3:10)

And He humbled you and let you go hungry, and fed you with the manna which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, in order to make you understand that man shall not live on bread alone, but man shall live on everything that comes out of the mouth of the Lord.(Deuteronomy 8:3)

But He answered and said, "It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God.’ "(Matthew 4:4)

Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that lasts for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal."(John 6:27)

Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life; the one who comes to Me will not be hungry, and the one who believes in Me will never be thirsty.(John 6:35)

"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied.(Matthew 5:6)

and like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,(1 Peter 2:2)

A mesa cristã: gratidão, generosidade e comunhão

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.(1 Corinthians 10:31)

For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it, either. If we have food and covering, with these we shall be content.(1 Timothy 6:7,8)

Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.(Acts 2:46,47)

Then he said to them, "Go, eat the festival foods, drink the sweet drinks, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your refuge."(Nehemiah 8:10)

A generous person will be prosperous,

And one who gives others plenty of water will himself be given plenty.(Proverbs 11:25)

Pleasant words are a honeycomb,

Sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.(Proverbs 16:24)

The one who eats is not to regard with contempt the one who does not eat, and the one who does not eat is not to judge the one who eats, for God has accepted him.(Romans 14:3)

Therefore, no one is to act as your judge in regard to food and drink, or in respect to a festival or a new moon, or a Sabbath day— things which are only a shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ.(Colossians 2:16,17)

"These you may eat of everything that is in the water: anything that has fins and scales you may eat, but anything that does not have fins and scales, you shall not eat; it is unclean for you.(Deuteronomy 14:9,10)

I did not eat any tasty food, nor did meat or wine enter my mouth, nor did I use any ointment at all until the entire three weeks were completed.(Daniel 10:3)

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.(Revelation 3:20)
