16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.

8 But God commendeth his love towards us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,39 Nor hight, nor depth, nor any other creature, will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

3 The LORD appeared of old to me, saying, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn thee.

1 O give thanks to the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in mercy.

15 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious; long-suffering, and abundant in mercy and truth.

7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is from God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.8 He that loveth not, knoweth not God; for God is love.

9 In this was manifested the love of God towards us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love: and he that dwelleth in love, dwelleth in God, and God in him.

19 We love him, because he first loved us.

1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

7 Brethren, I write no new commandment to you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning: The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.8 Again, a new commandment I write to you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.

3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not grievous.

4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

17 The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

4 Since thou hast been precious in my sight, thou hast been honorable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.
