34 A new commandment I give unto you, That all of you love one another; as I have loved you, that all of you also love one another.35 By this shall all men know that all of you are my disciples, if all of you have love (o. agape) one to another.

12 This is my commandment, That all of you love one another, as I have loved you.

13 Greater love (o. agape) has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

11 For this is the message that all of you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loves not his brother abides in death.

16 Hereby perceive we the love (o. agape) of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.17 But whoso has this world's good, and sees his brother have need, and shuts up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwells the love (o. agape) of God in him?18 My little children, let us not love in word, (o. logos) neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love (o. agape) is of God; and every one that loves is born of God, and knows God.

10 Herein is love, (o. agape) not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.12 No man has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwells in us, and his love (o. agape) is perfected in us.

20 If a man say, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar: for he that loves not his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loves God love his brother also.

10 Be kindly affectionate one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loves another has fulfilled the law.

8 Finally, be all of you all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

8 And above all things have fervent love (o. agape) among yourselves: for love (o. agape) shall cover the multitude of sins.

9 But as concerning brotherly love all of you need not that I write unto you: for all of you yourselves are taught of God to love one another.

1 Let brotherly love continue.2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unexpectedly.3 Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.

14 And above all these things put on (o. agape) love, which is the bond of perfection.

37 Jesus said unto him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.38 This is the first and great commandment.39 And the second is like unto it, You shall love your neighbour as yourself.

8 If all of you fulfill the royal law according to the scripture, You shall love your neighbour as yourself, all of you do well:
