9 But you are a chosen race, a priesthood of kingly lineage, a holy nation, a people belonging specially to God, that you may make known the perfections of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light.

6 Are not five sparrows sold for a penny? and yet not one of them is a thing forgotten in God's sight.7 But the very hairs on your heads are all counted. Away with fear: you are more precious than a multitude of sparrows.'

3 For through the authority graciously given to me I warn every individual among you not to value himself unduly, but to cultivate sobriety of judgement in accordance with the amount of faith which God has allotted to each one.
