O que a Bíblia ensina sobre aprender
Na Bíblia, aprender não é acumular conhecimento teórico, mas moldar a vida prática pela obediência a Deus. O termo bíblico para discípulo (mathetes, no grego) significa literalmente "aprendiz" — alguém que convive com o Mestre para reproduzir as suas atitudes.
O aprendizado cristão começa quando nos achegamos a Jesus com humildade e mansidão. Ele mesmo garantiu que o Espírito Santo continuaria essa instrução, ensinando e trazendo à memória tudo o que Cristo falou.
take up My yoke on you, and learn from Me, because I am meek and humble in heart, and you will find rest to your souls, for My yoke [is] easy, and My burden is light."(Matthew 11:29,30)
having gone, then, disciple all the nations, immersing them into the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all, whatever I commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days—until the full end of the age."(Matthew 28:19,20)
and the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all things that I said to you.(John 14:26)

O princípio da sabedoria e a disciplina
O conhecimento nas Escrituras exige humildade para reconhecer a soberania do Criador. Em Provérbios, o "temor do Senhor" é a base de todo o entendimento: quem rejeita a correção interrompe o próprio amadurecimento.
Deus instrui como um pai educa o filho, usando a correção para formar o caráter e livrar de caminhos destrutivos.
Fear of YHWH [is the] beginning of knowledge, || Fools have despised wisdom and instruction!(Proverbs 1:7)
Discipline of YHWH, my son, do not despise, || And do not be distressed with His reproof, For whom YHWH loves He reproves, || Even as a father the son He is pleased with.(Proverbs 3:11,12)
I have directed you in a way of wisdom, || I have caused you to tread in paths of uprightness.(Proverbs 4:11)
Whoever is loving instruction, is loving knowledge, || And whoever is hating reproof [is] brutish.(Proverbs 12:1)
and you have known with your heart that as a man disciplines his son, your God YHWH is disciplining you,(Deuteronomy 8:5)
O aprendizado na convivência da igreja
A vida de fé não é aprendida no isolamento. No testemunho dos apóstolos e das primeiras comunidades, a igreja funcionava como um ambiente contínuo de instrução mútua, onde os irmãos aconselhavam, ensinavam e encorajavam uns aos outros.
O aprendizado acontecia tanto em reuniões públicas quanto de casa em casa, sustentado pelo exemplo concreto de quem liderava.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing each other, in psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs, in grace singing in your hearts to the LORD;(Colossians 3:16)
for this reason, comfort one another, and build up one another, as also you do.(1 Thessalonians 5:11)

A oração do aprendiz: ouvir para praticar
Nos Salmos, o pedido para Deus ensinar um caminho vem sempre acompanhado da disposição de obedecer. O objetivo da instrução divina nunca é a curiosidade intelectual, mas a transformação da conduta diária.
O aprendiz reconhece a própria limitação e pede que o Senhor guie os seus passos na verdade.
Your ways, O YHWH, cause me to know, || You teach me Your paths.(Psalms 25:4)
Cause me to tread in Your truth, and teach me, || For You [are] the God of my salvation, || Near You I have waited all the day.(Psalms 25:5)
Good and upright [is] YHWH, || Therefore He directs sinners in the way. He causes the humble to tread in judgment, || And teaches the humble His way.(Psalms 25:8,9)
I cause you to act wisely, || And direct you in the way that you go, || I cause My eye to take counsel concerning you.(Psalms 32:8)
Teach me to do Your good pleasure, || For You [are] my God—Your Spirit [is] good, || Lead me into a land of uprightness.(Psalms 143:10)
I desired You in the night [with] my soul, || Also, I seek You earnestly [with] my spirit within me, || For when Your judgments [are] on the earth, || The inhabitants of the world have learned righteousness.(Isaiah 26:9)
