Batismo
O batismo é mandamento de Jesus e proclamação pública de fé. É símbolo de morte para o pecado, sepultamento com Cristo e ressurreição para uma vida nova no Espírito.
O mandamento de Jesus
Ide e fazei discípulos, batizando-os em nome do Pai, do Filho e do Espírito Santo. O batismo é porta de entrada na comunidade cristã.
"Go and make disciples, of all the nations, to believe in my name"
"and teach them to observe all the words which I have commanded you, forever".
Yeshua [God is Salvation] drew near to them and said to them: "All power has been given to Me in heaven and earth".

Then came Yeshua [God is Salvation] from Galil [circuit] to the Yarden [descender] to be baptized by Yochanan [Yah is gracious].
He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be judged.
And he said unto them, Go you2f into all the world, and preach the Gospel (joyful message) to every creature.

And it came to pass in those days, that Yeshua [God is Salvation] came from Natzeret [one separated] of Galil [circuit, district], and was baptized of Yochanan [Yehovah has graced] in Yarden [descender].
And immediately coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit [Ruach] like a dove descending upon him:

Fomos sepultados com Cristo pelo batismo na morte para que andemos em novidade de vida. O batismo é renascimento pelo Espírito.
Know you2f not, that so many of us as were baptized into Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah] were baptized into his death?
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Moshiach [Messiah] was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also you2f are risen with [him] through the faith of the operation of God-The Father, who has raised him from the dead.
For you2f are all the children of God-The Father by faith in Moshiach [Messiah] Yeshua [God is Salvation].
For as many of you as have been baptized into Moshiach [Messiah] have put on Moshiach [Messiah].
Yeshua [God is Salvation] answered, Truly, truly, I say unto youi, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit [Ruach], he cannot enter into the kingdom of God-The Father.

Then Shim’on [he has heard] himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip [friend of horses], and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.
And as they went on [their] way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, [here is] water; what does hinder me to be baptized?
And Philip [friend of horses] said, If youi believe with all youri heart, youi may. And he answered and said, I believe that Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah] is the Son of God-The Father.
And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip [friend of horses] and the eunuch; and he baptized him.
And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit [Ruach] of the Lord - Kurios caught away Philip [friend of horses], that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.
Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] as well as we?
And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord - Kurios. Then prayed they him to wait certain days.

And now why wait youi? arise, and be baptized, and wash away youri sins, calling on the name of the Lord - Kurios.
For Yochanan [Yehovah has graced] truly baptized with water; but you2f shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] not many days hence.
But you2f shall receive power, after that the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] is come upon you: and you2f shall be witnesses unto me both in Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], and in all Y’hudah [praised], and in Shomron [watch mountain], and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh], and they spoke the word of God-The Father with boldness.
Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Yeshua [God is Salvation] also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,
And the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, youi are my beloved Son; in youi I am well pleased.
If you2f then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit [Ruach] to them that ask him?

And I baptized also the household of Stephanas [crowned]: besides, I know not whether I baptized any other.
For Moshiach [Messiah] sent me not to baptize, but to preach the Gospel (joyful message): not with wisdom of words, lest the stake (cross) of Moshiach [Messiah] should be made of none effect.
And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize in water, the same said unto me, Upon whom youi shall see the Spirit [Ruach] descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizes with the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh].
